What role will you play?

You will work on transition Management, where you will liaise and work closely with Service Owners, Project Management and Risk teams to drive and support new initiatives through effective supplier due diligence RF(I/P)’s, contract negotiations and driving business change management activities to maximise the value/benefits of the engagement.

You will focus on Supplier Management which will include engaging with the governance, supplier operations and various service teams to manage our key suppliers from a full lifecycle perspective, effectively managing risks and supporting strategic decision making.

You will also work on Contract Management, where you will w work closely with sourcing, service owners, legal and global risk and compliance teams to build effective contracts that meet both business and global regulatory requirements. This will also include recasting aged engagements to ensure suppliers continue to provide value.

  • The ability to engage with a technology stakeholders at senior levels and subject matter experts
  • Understanding of infrastructure services, including Server OS, Database, Networks, Storage and Data Protection
  • Experience in delivery or project management, particularly on delivering technology projects, and experience in participating in operational partner/supplier governance forums
  • Complex problem-solving skills and a broad understanding of technology and infrastructure
  • Ability to initiate productive dialogue, provide feedback and demonstrate empathy and good listening skills
  • Knowledge of current trends or movements in vendor risk management such as cyber risk.
