Our Tech Assist team delivers and supports technology solutions for all businesses in our Mumbai office. As the Tech Assist Manager, you will be the face of IT for our businesses, responsible for all technology services and platforms.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will own technology problems and requests, working with offshore teams/vendors where required, to deliver positive outcomes for the business. You will take ownership of the local Mumbai environment by forging trusted relationships with the business and being the face of technology, while updating/escalating issues through offshore channels.

What you offer

  • Experience in supporting Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office 365), with the ability to support and troubleshoot issues. 
  • Experience in supporting market data and CRM platforms, namely Bloomberg and SalesForce. 
  • Experience in supporting Apple devices and a working understanding of MDM platforms. 
  • Familiarity with local BSE and NSE Exchange connectivity. 
  • Experience in ensuring local IT governance, control, and technology regulatory compliance requirements are met. Experience and working knowledge of Data Centre technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
