Join our dynamic SRE team supporting our Banking and Financial Services business. You will have the opportunity to gain relevant exposure in software systems within a SRE framework and work with various stakeholders to provide monitoring solutions using modern technologies.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will play a significant role in maintaining the reliability, scalability and performance or large scale, cloud-based applications and infrastructure. You will also be involved in the management of our software systems (from developing, automating, and to improving reliability and performance) in a DevOps/SRE framework.

What you offer

• 9-12 years’ experience of software design & development where strong understanding of software development principles is crucial. Proficiency in Golang/Python/Java, writing testable code;
• Good knowledge of Cloud Technologies (e.g. AWS/GCP), and DevOps tools (e.g. GIT, Bitbucker, Jenkins etc.) and ability to handle performance issue, scalability issues, and reliability;
• Well versed with Agile methodologies, and data processing pipelines. It is also advantageous to have good knowledge on SRE concepts (e.g. SLOs/SLIs, error budget, anti-fragility, etc.).
• Knowledge on APM tools (e.g. Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog) and log monitoring tools (e.g. Sumologic, Splunk etc.) is good to have;
• Collaborative and excellent verbal and written communication skills especially when building playbooks and documentation processes.
