An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Wealth Product team to develop and manage a range of Alternative Investment products for the Macquarie Asset Management business. This build-out is a key initiative for Macquarie Asset Management, as it expands it Alternatives offering on a global level.

What role will you play?

As a senior member of the Wealth Product team, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing management of Alternative Wealth products for the North American region. You will play a pivotal role in managing stakeholders in the product development and distribution process.

What you offer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in product-oriented roles, with extensive knowledge of the operational/regulatory and commercial needs of Wealth clients
• Comprehensive knowledge of multiple alternative asset classes and structures across private and registered funds, business development companies, real estate investment trusts, and 33 Act funds
• A learning mindset, collaborative workstyle, and continued curiosity to help drive change and continuous improvement
• Ability to build consensus and bridges across various constituencies, with an understanding of differences in working style across regions and cultures and a high level of integrity and accountability.
