What role will you play?

In this role, you will oversee the execution of projects and strategic initiatives by fostering a highly collaborative working relationship with business operations and various stakeholders to ensure delivery and progress on agreed timelines and service levels. You will have exposure to our IAM technologies, as well as ownership and access to the entire Macquarie tech stack while learning and growing your skills and expertise. 

In addition, you will be involved with improving the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the organisation’s risk management framework and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities and execute continuous service improvements.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage and align with stakeholders
• Ability to solve problems by identifying gaps or inconsistencies in data and seek additional information from other sources if necessary
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, creativity and continuous learning
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create communication updates and presentations for partners and stakeholders.
