What role will you play?

Based in Sydney, you will be working as part of a global team to deliver a Target Operating Model for Product Control and Independent Valuation Testing functions, driving significant process change to improve efficiency, automating processes and enhancing the effectiveness of the control environment. You will collaborate with technology, finance, business, and downstream reporting teams to define the future state of Product Control and Independent Valuation Testing functions and determine activities to move from current to future state.

  • Demonstrated business analyst expertise defining needs and recommending business solutions and a proven track record of high-quality and timely delivery following a clear delivery framework
  • Excellent communication skills, experience leading a small team and the ability to collaborate with stakeholder groups across business, finance, risk management and technology
  • Experienced in finance product control target operating model, including process and control design, improvement and operationalisation
  • Motivated and flexible to adapt within an evolving operating structure
  • PowerPoint, Confluence and JIRA experience is preferred.
