What role will you play?

You will have a pivotal role in conducting assessments and communicating business requirements effectively between your stakeholders and impacted user groups. In this role, your business analysis and change management skills will be significant to ensure successful delivery of change outcomes.

What you offer

• 5-9 years of proven end-to-end change management and business analysis experience within a financial services or consulting industry.
• Excellent verbal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in conducting process diagnostics and improvements, and in developing business cases.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating impacts into change management strategies.
• Comfortable with navigating through changes and shifting priorities, and possesses ability to manage various stakeholders in different levels.
