What role will you play?

Located at Fifth Avenue in Midtown New York, you will lead regional and global sourcing initiatives, including strategic sourcing, category management and efficiency improvement activities across Macquarie’s operating groups and support functions to contribute to the evolving role of Group Procurement at Macquarie.

Working with a diverse range of stakeholders, you will build and maintain strong relationships throughout the Americas and other regions (EMEA, Asia and particularly Sydney where our global headquarters is located) and drive procurement strategy, policies and procedures. This includes providing strategic advice to the business to generate value, reduce risk and enhance operational efficiency and innovation.

Salary range for this position: $110,000 – 175,000 /Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. • Experience in a fast-paced delivery focused procurement / sourcing function across a range of categories and across the procurement lifecycle (inclusive of commercial contract review and negotiation)

• Ability to develop and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Customer focused with an ability to pragmatic approach situations to achieve the best outcome for the business in the most effective manner

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and respond to changing scenarios

• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. bachelor’s degree)
