What role will you play?

You will be responsible for managing external and internal client queries relating to our managed funds and active ETFs across a range of asset classes whilst focusing on continuous improvement. You will do this through providing clear, accurate and timely responses via inbound and outbound phone calls, and email queries from clients. 

What you offer

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role and interest in asset management.

• Passion for client service and a passion to deliver on client needs

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management and organisational skills.

• Enjoy working with a range of stakeholders and a willingness to learn
