The Employee Compliance team provides support to all Macquarie staff globally ensuring policy awareness and management of any personal conflicts that may arise in relation to their external business and/or trading activities.

What role will you play?

You will administer compliance systems and the compliance certification program and perform compliance checks for staff and new hires. In addition, you will review staff accounts, clearance requests and trading records and undertake ongoing monitoring of staff trading activities as well as advise staff and key stakeholders on general compliance matters.

• Self-driven and curious with a keen interest in compliance policies, processes and procedures
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in compliance or risk management, ideally developed in financial services or the professional services industry.

About the Risk Management Group

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
