What role will you play?

Fleete is looking for a highly motivated Office Manager who will play a key role working with the founding team of a new business. This role would suit a proactive Office Manager with experience in managing wide range of office and business administration activities such as property management, invoice management support, outsourced service providers and general administration.


What you offer

        Previous experience in a similar office manager role within client focused organisations.

        Comfortable managing day-to-day queries with third-party suppliers and clients.

        Experienced in invoice and payment processing.

        You should be confident working with senior-level colleagues, customers and partners across different offices and have exceptional communications skills, good judgement and discretion on confidential matters.

        Solid skills in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook will be required.
