Join our Human Resources team at Macquarie and play an important role in our candidate onboarding journey. As a key member in the team, you’ll help us make sure our new starters are ready from day one and that they have a fantastic experience along the way.

What role will you play?

Your responsibilities will involve onboarding tasks such as preparing and issuing global employment contracts, coordinating with the recruitment team and candidates to facilitate the onboarding process, maintaining HR systems, and responding to inquiries through email and phone. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams across data management, payroll, HR and more.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, high volumes and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a consistently high-quality standard of work
  • Strong customer focus and ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Capable of working independently on allocated tasks with the ability to escalate issues clearly and concisely where necessary
  • Prior HR experience, particularly in the onboarding process, is beneficial.
