An excellent opportunity has arisen with Macquarie Asset Management to join the Client Solutions Group as an Associate/Manager, Institutional Client Account. This team is responsible for facilitating all client needs, onboarding of new client accounts (including institutional separate account clients and clients that invest in pooled vehicles), delivery of client reporting, and being an internal advocate for the client.

As an Institutional Client Account Manager, you will be working in a cross- functional, highly-collaborative environment, supporting account management responsibility by partnering with Institutional Relationship Management, Consultant Relations and the Portfolio Managers to form a dedicated service team. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with internal support teams such as Compliance, Legal, Product Management and Operations to ensure a consistent and superior client experience throughout the client lifecycle and foster the strategic vision of the Relationship Manager.

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field with 2-7 years’ experience at an asset management firm working with US and non-US institutional and sub-advisory clients
  • Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 exams passed
  • Knowledge of investments, including Fixed Income, Equity, Real Estate, Alternatives, and Private Equity product offerings
  • Experience with Institutional separate account onboardings, project management, and CRM system/Salesforce
  • High level of personal and professional integrity.
