What role will you play?

In your role as a Graphic Designer on our Corporate Affairs team, you’ll be responsible for applying the Macquarie Group brand across a broad range of collateral, including digital assets and presentations. Using your strong sense of design aesthetic and knowledge of current creative trends, you’ll help translate business needs into creative assets, engaging with internal clients to understand their requirements and advising on appropriate cost-effective solutions. With an eye for detail, you’ll ensure all design requests are produced in a timely manner and to a high standard in accordance with corporate brand standards. 

What you offer

  • Solid design and desktop publishing experience in a corporate environment
  • Sound working understanding of corporate sign off processes and managing stakeholder engagement on projects
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Sound process and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in the use of the following software: Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Intermediate use of the Microsoft Office Suite (in particular PowerPoint and Word) and knowledge of Exact Target, cvent.

Salary range for this position: $80,000 to $100,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
