Our Strategic Automation team partners with the Commodities and Global Markets Business and Technology teams to ensure successful delivery and maintenance of enhanced automation platforms using enterprise-grade applications and supported by artificial intelligence tools.

What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will deliver an enhanced user experience by partnering with our business and data teams to identify areas of improvement and design solutions that optimise outcomes. You will form a deep understanding of user needs to be able to capture, define and develop solutions using business transformation capabilities. To deliver this, you will work closely with stakeholders across the globe, including the Corporate Operations Group Technology teams, and form a deep understanding of the Commodities and Global Markets business, data, regulatory, and counterparty credit risk.

What you offer

  • Strong enterprise level analyst skills, with the ability to gather requirements, evaluate improvements and design outcomes or solutions in a complex business landscape
  • 4-6 years’ experience working within an Agile framework and documenting requirements
  • Excellent ability to processes, interpret and document key business processes, through stakeholder  engagement and analysis of data
  • Good understanding of workflow design, integrations and data management and have a customer centric mindset.
  • Ability to engage across a diverse range of teams and work collaboratively to deliver practical, usable solutions
  • Experience monitoring outcomes through understanding key metrics and user satisfaction
