Join our Settlements, Data, and Transaction Support team, which is part of the wider Equities and Derivatives Trading Operations team. The primary function is to ensure timely settlement of trades, accurate static data set up for entity, instruments and standard settlement instructions.

What role will you play?

You will be involved in the completion of all daily tasks to ensure data accuracy in the risk management system, such as trade booking, life-cycle management, corporate action, control and reconciliation investigation. You will also be involved with solving problems in relation to any issues raised from internal and external SMEs in various aspects, products and markets, including PnL query, settlement issue, funding, etc.

In addition, you will automate and streamline processes as well as innovate ideas and participate in projects and UATs.

What you offer

• 2 years+ experience in an investment banking environment, preferably from a middle office or trade processing role
• Strong operations risk mindset
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and capable of working with management at different levels
• Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Alteryx, Power Automate, PowerBI) would be an advantage.
