Join our Commodities and Global Markets Technology, UAM team. We are embarking on an exciting project aimed at creating a crucial platform for managing internal controls. These internal controls are designed to assist the business in risk management.

What role will you play?

In your role, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop solutions that are well-integrated with our existing systems, and take on the responsibility of creating and managing tools vital for Identity Access Management (IAM) within our Commodities and Global Markets business. You will ensure that users will have the appropriate access to the systems needed, as well as coding, testing and deploying software. Additionally, you will manage the release planning and execution.

As a Technical Lead, your responsibilities will extend beyond coding. You will represent your team, oversee and schedule feature releases, and manage the complex aspects of project management. Furthermore, you will take on a leadership role, for the engineering team and ensure that our projects are delivered efficiently and effectively and align with our business objectives and supporting our continuous growth.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and have a desire to mentor less experienced team members
  • Experience leading a project from inception to production
  • Strong background in Python
  • Solid knowledge in building scalable, maintainable and low latency web applications
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle & design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the functional requirement.
