Join our fast-paced Directory Services team as the Product Owner to deliver a next generation Modern Authentication environment. You will be part of a cross functional team developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise authentication and authorisation in a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment.

What role will you play?

As a Product Owner, you will lead a team, automate processes, manage risks, oversee DevOps, and streamline operations. You will play a critical role in both hands-on management and strategic decision-making to ensure that our IAM solutions are both secure and efficient. Collaborating with the Authentication Platform Architect, you will help design, deploy, and maintain secure authentication solutions using Entra ID, Active Directory, SAML, and OAuth accessible to Macquarie's users, systems and applications.


What you offer

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with extensive experience in Entra ID, SAML, OAuth, and Active Directory
  • Understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, Group Policy and DNS in a multi-forest environment
  • Experience with Modernisation of Authentication Systems
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and security practices.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, particularly in relation to IAM solutions into CI/CD pipelines and other automated workflows, ensuring seamless and secure deployment processes.
  • Proven experience in monitoring and incident response in relation to IAM systems for potential threats or issues
  • Understanding of policies and standards for identity and access management that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Experience with or knowledge of PingFederate and ISV would be a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Ping Identity Certified Professional) are an advantage.
