Join our Equities and Derivatives Trading Operations team, whose primary focus is to ensure timely settlement of trades, accurate static data set up for entity, instruments, and standard settlement instructions.

What role will you play?

You will be involved in updating client static data and ensuring all changes in client static information, settlement instructions, instruments, etc. are updated promptly and accurately. You will be responsible for reviewing control reports and performing due diligence to ensure instrument data integrity and consistency across internal applications as well as third party vendor feeds and resolving issues where appropriate.

 

In addition, you will ensure all jobs are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures and observe internal controls requirements as well as work on process improvements in collaboration with other teams.

• Self-motivated with a confident and professional attitude, high levels of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and solve problems with a questioning approach to improve processes and controls
• Team player who is able to deliver a high-quality service to clients on a daily basis under tight time frames
• Experience in market operations or settlements is an advantage
• Flexibility to work outside of office hours as required
• Ability to work on multiple projects with a strong commitment to completion and delivery
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills with a good understanding of Word and Excel.
