Work closely with our Early Careers Recruitment Partners in our Sydney office and support them and their business stakeholders to further evolve our talent attraction, events and engagement strategy.

This is a 12- month contract.

What role will you play?

Play a key role supporting our busy and dynamic campus recruitment team, focused on Macquarie Group’s Australian and New Zealand graduate and intern hiring activity. You will build on existing partnerships with our network of schools, university faculties and societies and identify new engagement opportunities to promote our employee value proposition and build awareness of the diverse variety of programs available to students at Macquarie.

You will help to develop and execute on our agreed strategies for recruiting top-tier graduate talent and engage with potential talent for future programs. You will oversee coordinating recruitment events, career fairs, and campus visits. You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices. You will be responsible for analysing the performance of our events and university partnerships and provide regular updates back to the team and our business stakeholders. 

What you offer

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business or a related field
  • Great attention to detail and a strong organizational skills
