What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for performing accounting functions related to employee payroll and benefits, share-based payments, profit share, and carry interest arrangements. This includes managing the monthly accounting close cycle followed by balance sheet reconciliations. You will also handle ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

What you offer

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and share-based payment accounting
  • Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software (e.g., Solium)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
