Join our global Information Governance and Digitisation (IGD) team based in Mumbai and gain the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Our team supports our Macquarie Asset Management business on information management and governance controls for applications, systems and business records regardless of medium.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be supporting the business manage their information assets in accordance with the information management policy framework. You will perform key records management control activities that are information governance focused such as, but not limited to inventory management, secure disposal workflow management, onsite and office records management whilst organising offsite archiving and supporting activities.

  • Relevant qualification with experience in corporate, legal, professional services, financial services, or public sector environments
  • Knowledge of Data Protection, Privacy, and Regulatory Record keeping requirements across multi-jurisdictions
  • Proficiency in record keeping principles, technology, and systems (EDMS, SharePoint, Jira)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate information governance into business processes
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
