You will be joining the Macquarie Asset Management Digital’s transformation team that has the charter to ensure successful digitalisation of the broader Macquarie Asset Management business. The team focuses on helping build consistent frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability of digitalisation activities, identify change initiatives and supporting change adoption within Macquarie Asset Management especially related to rolling out new technology and process transformations. The team supports over 2500 Macquarie Asset Management staff members.

What role will you play?

As part of the Macquarie Asset Management Transformation team, you will be helping craft the learning roadmaps for the digitalization roles that enable enterprise transformation. The role will require collaborating with HR teams to create guidelines on skills competency to deliver transformation initiatives. In addition, you will be designing curriculum for different roles and levels within the organization and providing input into career paths for the roles. You will be expected to collaborate with broader Macquarie L&D teams in addition to Macquarie Asset Management HR teams.

Salary range for this position: $110,000 - $145,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
