What role will you play?

As a Senior Manager in the team, you will lead the design and execution of change management activities aimed at delivering operating model design and large-scale technology across a large regulatory and transformational Programme.

You will collaborate with cross functional teams to develop bespoke Change Management plans and collaborate with Training and Communication specialists to deliver high quality outcomes for team members. You will also execute on the Change Management plan tailored for different user groups/geographies across the Financial Management Group as part of a large-scale transformation programme.

In addition to this, you will support the Operating Model workstream to implement workforce transition and behavioural change interventions to the Group Treasury arm of the Financial Management Group

What you offer

  • 10+ years of change management experience leading complex, large-scale transformation programs with Operating Model delivery with the ability to create a sustainable multi-channel change approach
  • Experienced in the development and execution of change management tools such as Change Impact Assessments, Change plans, communication plans, training needs
  • Experience working on programs with significant regulatory requirements, ensuring solutions meet standards whilst delivering business value
  • Familiarity with other platform implementations such as Dataiku and Power BI that enhance treasury operations
  • Experience in Finance, Treasury and Banking industry preferred.
