What role will you play?

Portfolio alignment will see you partner with stakeholder groups that are critical in connecting our people with our approach to external stakeholders, community engagement, brand, talent and corporate strategy.

You will play an important role in enabling the Group to deliver on business transformation and operational effectiveness through the delivery of strategic advice, in addition to cyclical HR activities spanning performance, reward, talent management and succession planning.

What you offer

  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant area with a strong background as an HR professional working in a fast paced and high performing environment
  • Ability to take a data led approach and relate commercial and people insights to inform decision making
  • Excellent judgement combined with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of delivery, collaboration and influence and demonstrate resilience and expertise in managing change and building organisational capability
  • You are pragmatic, with a desire to act as a business enabler and have a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse stakeholder group.
