Our Counterparty Lifecycle Management team operates at the heart of Macquarie, driving significant changes across our businesses. What role will you play?

As a Senior Manager within the team, you will engage with stakeholders to champion Counterparty Data and ensure compliance with our enterprise data management policies and standards. You will manage data elements to align with stakeholder expectations, oversee data policies and procedures, and lead the delivery of Data under Governance. Additionally, you will review data domain models and contribute to defining our data architecture and information management roadmap. You will also support learning and communication strategies to enhance data understanding across Counterparty Lifecycle Management.

What you offer

  • Knowledge and experience in data stewardship and/or data governance
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and managing data elements to meet expectations and requirements
  • Expertise in championing data policies, standards, and procedures, including business rules, data risk, controls, and data quality
  • Ability to lead the delivery and alignment of end-to-end Data under Governance, including data element identification, assessment, Data Quality rules, controls, and lineage
  • Experience in reviewing Data Domain models (conceptual, logical, and physical)
  • Strong communication skills to support learning and change initiatives within the team.
