You will join a dynamic Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, providing comprehensive support for all monitoring tools, within a supportive and inclusive environment. Your role will involve monitoring, automating, and enhancing the reliability, performance, and availability of software systems within an SRE framework. Our team collaborates closely with key stakeholders to deliver monitoring solutions employing a range of modern technologies.

    What role will you play?

    In this role, you will focus on optimising existing systems, building infrastructure, and eliminating work through automation. Additionally, you will monitor our systems' capacity and performance, enhancing the reliability and availability of software systems within a DevOps/SRE framework. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to investigate issues, analyse defects, implement solutions, and drive improvements. Furthermore, you will provide guidance to build automated solutions that help reduce TOIL and reserve capacity.

      What you offer

      • 4-9 years of experience. Basic knowledge of Java, C, and C++ is required, and familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
      • Understanding data processing pipelines is valuable, and a good grasp of DevOps tools like GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc., is preferred.
      • Good knowledge of SLOs/SLIs, Error Budget, A
      • Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DataDog, etc., and log monitoring tools such as Sumo Logic, Splunk, etc., is desirable.
      • Amenable to follow a hybrid work setup with standard schedule of 6:30am – 3:30pm IST with 1 week mandatory night shift (work-from-home setup) - either from 3pm - 12am or 10pm - 7am IST in every 1.5 - 2 months as per requirement.
