In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the new customer onboarding process whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As a KYC Manager, you will also have indirect oversight for other Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) teams in the region.

We have an opportunity to join our KYC team based in Mumbai. Our team is composed of compliance experts with deep understanding of local and global financial landscapes, providing reliable and seamless KYC solutions. 

What you offer

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CKYCA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC regulations and requirements, particularly in the context of cash equities.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
