By working closely with various business and compliance groups, we streamline onboarding processes and maintain strong client relationships, supporting Macquarie's strategic objectives.

As a KYC Relationship Manager, you will act as a relationship manager for key business stakeholders at Macquarie. You will support client onboarding, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Your role will involve providing support within the KYC team, maintaining up-to-date client records, and staying informed about the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices.

  • Proven experience in a Relationship Manager role within a financial institution, focusing on KYC or AML and regulatory compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence various departments and senior management.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to KYC and AML.
  • Relevant certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or CKYCA (Certified KYC Analyst)
