Join our Commodities and Global Markets team as a Technical Business Analyst within our Salesforce Platforms team. Our team supports the sales franchise and senior leadership in our Commodities and Global Markets business to execute our client strategy using the Salesforce platform.

What role will you play?

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will use your business analysis skills to design and deliver effective solutions. Your role involves understanding stakeholder needs and ensuring solutions align with the organisation's commercial objectives.
In this role, you will be required to understand client needs, document requirements, analyse information from various sources, and distil it into actionable items to address all aspects of the problem.

Additionally, you will provide technical solutions that align with strategic and business goals, ensuring they support the organisation's broader objectives and deliver value to stakeholders.

What you offer

  • 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst, with a university degree and technical certifications
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment
  • Experience or knowledge in the financial services industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with proven relationship building skills.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality beneficial, would advantageous
