Join our Enterprise division within Macquarie Asset Management as a Senior Analyst in the Fund Management team. You will lead and support the finance, investor relations, and treasury and operations functions for a range of Real Assets funds and products.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be a trusted business partner engaging with stakeholders, internal support teams and external service providers to enhance our team’s operating model, create efficiencies and reduce risk. You will manage end to end processes in running funds including investor reporting, cash management, financial reporting, tax reporting, and compliance. You will work closely with asset managers, transaction teams, tax, legal, and finance and operations teams as well as fund investors both within Australia and internationally.

In addition, you will assist with investor relations such as collaborating with relationship managers to manage investor requests, and also be involved in sizable business transactions which include distributions to investors, asset acquisitions and asset realisations.

What you offer

  • CA/CPA qualified
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably within investment banking or asset management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to resolve complex/technical issues in a practical manner
  • Core project management and prioritisation skills.
