What role will you play?

In this role, you will conduct daily monitoring of employee trade accounts, activities, policy exceptions, and resolutions. You will provide guidance and respond to staff inquiries on Outside Business Activity, Gifts & Entertainment, and Personal Private Investments via email and phone. Other responsibilities will include reviewing outside business activities requests, investigating and actioning alerts, and reporting findings.

• Ability to multi-task, be self-directed, prioritise, and work to deadlines while maintaining a

high degree of accuracy and quality

• A proactive and curious individual with a positive, can-do attitude who is willing to learn

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with sound interpersonal skills

and the ability to build relationships with all levels of seniority within the business.

• An interest in pursuing a career in compliance and risk management.

• An interest in the financial services industry, investment products, and financial services

regulation.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
