What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with a high-performing multi-disciplinary team throughout the Agile delivery life cycle. You will design solutions aligned with our roadmap strategy while championing our clients and user experience. Your analytical approach will be key in managing multiple features at various stages of refinement and delivery. You will utilise a Human-Centred Design approach to understand user needs, behaviours, and challenges, and define test cases by gathering requirements including User Stories, Epics, acceptance criteria, and use cases.

  • Wealth Management experience and familiarity with capabilities such as trading, investments, and tax.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian Superannuation system, its supporting legislation, and upcoming changes.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and deliver assigned features, meeting stakeholder requirements and timelines.
  • Exposure to product strategy, process models, system architecture, and change management frameworks and approaches.
  • Ability to use and analyse data to drive decisions, requirements, quality metrics, and priorities.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard platform messaging, data flows, and migration activities.
  • Strong ability in the use of SQL and familiarity with cloud-based technologies supporting AWS and GCP.
  • Previous experience at a Superannuation Fund is strongly preferred.
