Join our Enterprise team covering the Asset Management business of Macquarie in the EMEA region. The role will be based in Luxembourg at Macquarie Asset Management Europe SA, a 100% subsidiary of Australia-based Macquarie Group. In this role you will be provided with the opportunity to work closely with fund operations, investment management teams and distribution, reporting directly to the Head of Fund Operations in the region.

What role will you play?

Oversee the production of valuations for Macquarie Asset Management EMEA semi-liquid funds by third-party service providers and act as the main contact for net asset value (NAV) calculation queries. Contribute to fund governance by reporting operational developments to boards, governance committees, or Senior Management, and support the Client Solutions Group in facilitating client investments across EMEA. Monitor fund budgets, coordinate invoice payments, assist with client onboarding, and support operational aspects of the client lifecycle. Actively participate in global operational projects, implement product-driven changes, and seek operational efficiency gains through automation, outsourcing, or using the support hub in India.

What you offer

  • Three to five years of working experience in an operational function within the asset management industry with good knowledge of the Luxembourg funds landscape
  • Finance, audit or accounting experience within the Asset Management industry and semi-liquid funds valuations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, assess priorities, show flexibility and adapt plans in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills combined with the ability to take a commercial approach to problem solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and full proficiency in English; proficiency in other languages is considered an advantage.
