Join our Identity and Cybersecurity UAM Team to Lead the program office for a major digital program. Our UAM Transformation Program is focused on the effective design and operation of User Access Management controls across the Macquarie Group.

What role will you play?

As a Program Officer you will play an integral role across different project streams under this program of work, ensuring thorough governance, and maintaining delivery against increments, budgets, and schedules. You will develop and maintain high-quality project artefacts and reporting, while comprehensively managing risks, issues, actions, and dependencies. In addition, you will also build relationships at several levels of the organisation, coordinate regular steering committees, executive working groups and Board updates. Implement required change and risk management frameworks.

  • Proven IT project or program management and delivery experience
  • Strong risk management and program governance mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders at different levels of a global organisation
  • Experience with agile technology transformation programs in a fast-paced environment across multiple workstreams and regions
  • Experience in managing a large program pipeline and delivering exceptional business outcomes
  • Logical way of thinking and be able to understand numbers and reporting
  • Quickly able to understand and communicate technical concepts and be familiar with IT / Software terminology.
  • Experience in dealing with auditors and regulators is highly desirable
