Join our Identity and Cybersecurity UAM team to Lead the program office for a major digital program. Our UAM Transformation Program is focused on the effective design and operation of User Access Management controls across the Macquarie Group.
What role will you play?

As the Director of Delivery for User Access Management (UAM), you are responsible for managing key project tasks, ensuring delivery against increments, handling budget and workforce planning, and driving actions to completion. In this role, you will build relationships at multiple organizational levels, resolve complex issues, co-design program scope, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a strategic roadmap from strategy to execution.
You will take charge of overseeing risk management, organizing steering committees, and implementing governance standards. Ensuring compliance will be one of your top priorities, alongside effectively prioritizing work and monitoring performance. You will also lead the drive for continuous improvement through quarterly retrospectives, ensuring our processes remain efficient and effective.
What you offer

- 10+ years in Product/Program Management with recent exposure to building and/or operating enterprise-wide Cyber/IT services within large financial service institutions
- Proven Strategy to Execution experience, ideally in the Cyber domain
- Expertise with Project Management disciplines including strategic planning, securing stakeholder commitment, best practice Ways of Working, delivery tracking and timely blocker removal
- Adept at handling multiple stakeholders and managing their expectations within a challenging business environment
- Strong leadership skills to drive and motivate cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies, uplifting ways of working, and ensuring alignment and influence across stakeholders.
