Join our recently created Execution Services team, responsible for business management, portfolio management, program/project delivery and change management across the Corporate Operations Group Data and AI division. We have been established to deliver multiple initiatives and improvements in support of the Data and AI strategy to ensure we prioritise and deliver on our diverse portfolio of work effectively.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will establish and embed risk-appropriate change management practices within the division and execute these practices effectively. You will be comfortable working on large programs involving senior stakeholders both within the division and across the organisation. You will have the ability to take an organisational view of change impacts by conducting stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to evaluate the scope of change, business readiness, and potential risks. You will develop and deliver change management plans, integrate them into project plans in collaboration with Project Managers across both agile and waterfall methodologies, and coach others to do the same.

What you offer

  • 6+ years proven change and communications experience at a senior level, ideally managing enterprise-wide Data and AI change projects across a global organisation.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and educating on the purpose and importance of change management
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and navigate ambiguous and complex organisational contexts.
  • Provide hands-on training and support to ensure smooth adoption of changes across the organisation and technology support teams including project transition.
  • Provide executive reporting and CX data insights on change activities and effectiveness and incorporate feedback as you go.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, to audiences of varying seniority.
  • Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI) is desirable but not essential.
