Join our global Privileged Access Management team, which is part of the Identity and Cyber Security group within our Technology division. We provide and maintain central solutions and tools to manage privilege access to Macquarie systems and applications, as well as prepare for, protect against and respond to Cyber Security events.

What role will you play?

In collaboration with other teams, you will provide Level 1 support and triage as well as resolve support tickets and identify failure demand root causes. You will also provide ad-hoc reports, analyse data and maintain end-user documentation.

What you offer

  • 4+ years’ experience in a support role
  • Basic SQL knowledge and a good understanding of databases such as MYSQL, Oracle, etc.
  • Experience with tools such as Splunk, Jira, Confluence, Jmeter, etc.
  • Experience in Cyber Security
  • Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
    • Privileged Access Management and/or Identity Access Management domains and concepts
    • Identity Security or Cyber Security products, such as CyberArk HashiCorp, etc.
