What role will you play?

As ANZ Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of Macquarie’s ANZ immigration services ensuring the immigration program is both legally compliant and supportive of commercial objectives.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, provide consultations with internal stakeholders, coordinate case management, raise awareness of compliance risks and effectively manage 3rd party vendor relationships. You will also evaluate the end-to-end immigration life cycle to identify process improvement opportunities along with future proofing the function.

What you offer

  • Demonstrated experience in an ANZ immigration role, with a strong understanding of visa regulations and processing
  • Previous experience in a Global Mobility role is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to provide a strategic lens to immigration which is employee-focused and supportive of business goals
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction and the ability delegate successfully
  • An inquisitive mindset and strong change management skills
