We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate in Indirect Tax to join our team. You will work closely with various regions in performing tax compliance and tax accounting functions.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing indirect tax returns particularly to countries such as India and Singapore. You will also manage several tax-related payments, including tax-related balance sheet reconciliations, posting month-end GST accounting entries, managing GST registration and audit queries, and assessing tax applicability on goods/services as per IDT laws.

• A recently qualified CA (preferably Nov 2024) with a solid understanding of indirect tax concepts and related accounting entries.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and fundamental concepts with experience in India GST during the articleship period.
• Good working knowledge of accounting systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a learning mindset; and
• Stakeholder management skills with ability to collaboratively work and maintain relationships with colleagues regardless of location and time zone.
