What role will you play?

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in advancing our data science and AI capabilities at scale using modern cloud technologies. You will work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and multiple teams to deliver innovative AI products and streamline processes in an Agile DevOps environment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver program priorities and uplift platform capabilities. Utilize 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on integrating AI/ML solutions into cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify root cause trends and drive continuous enhancements. Demonstrate a strong ability to extract and analyze data from large datasets using advanced SQL queries.
  • Assist in the iterative delivery of AI solutions, ensuring the integration of emerging AI technologies.
  • Work with cloud technologies and ML services (e.g., GCP Vertex AI, DataRobot, AWS SageMaker), SQL, and Python environments.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to articulate technical and business user stories.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to lead communications with wider stakeholder groups.
