Our Supplier Management Office operates within the Control Tower of Data, Digital, Design, and Engineering, the technology division that underpins the Banking and Financial Services digital bank. We focus on supporting our business through the entire supplier lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, across all aspects of an engagement, including commercial, risk, and regulatory requirements

What role will you play?

As a Business Process Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our supplier management processes by identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies. Working closely with the Supplier Management Office team, you will analyse workflows, data availability, and data sources to propose and implement enhancements. You will also explore and utilise new artificial intelligence and analytical tools to automate manual tasks, enabling the team to focus on higher-value activities. Your work will directly contribute to advancing the maturity of our supplier management function.

What you offer

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, with a background in technology or financial services highly regarded
• Proficiency in connecting and managing data from various sources, coupled with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Experience leveraging technology to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making processes
• Awareness of artificial intelligence capabilities and trends, with a strong eagerness to upskill in this area
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau or ThoughtSpot
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and action-oriented approach to driving change and improving processes.
