What role will you play?

You will support and lead your team to ensure they meet service level agreements and be a key point of contact for escalations as well as coach, mentor and grow them to overachieve and deliver an excellent service while fostering a positive team culture. By partnering with the business, you will build effective working relationships with the Variations teams and senior management and other key stakeholders.

In addition, you’ll proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and efficiencies and utilise your experience in driving change to execute on these opportunities.

  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change
  • Leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate a team to meet and exceed goals
  • Good problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong track record in developing team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in home loans including credit/product knowledge would be advantageous.
