What role will you play?

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will join the wider Corporate Operations Group and be part of the Identity and Cyber Security - Identity Access Management team, where you will build and maintain Macquarie’s Identity platforms using industry best practices. This will include building and maintaining high quality monitoring and alerting tools and automating delivery processes. 

What you offer

  • Strong programming and problem-solving skills in Python and Java
  • Experience in managing AWS cloud computing at scale and have familiarity with various cloud-native services, such as CloudFormation, EC2, Lambda, SNS, and SQS
  • Strong skills in continuous integration and deployment tools, in particular Atlassian products Bitbucket/Bamboo/Jira etc
  • Knowledge in source code management using Git and branching strategy
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience in Linux Shell scripts
  • Experience in handling production issues and change management
  • Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated and able to self-manage work.
