What you offer

- Over 5 years of experience in occupational health or a related field, with a proven ability to deliver health services in a corporate setting.
- Experience as a registered nurse or other health professional, such as an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or psychologist, with an occupational health qualification being desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment and health and safety laws, with the ability to manage health programs, assessments, and compliance.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to develop innovative solutions in a complex environment and adapt quickly to different tasks.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business and external providers, balancing empathy with a commercial mindset to achieve sustainable outcomes for all parties.
