Join our Intermediary Services team as an Intermediary Contracts Manager in Philadelphia or Kansas City, supporting our Broker Administration team. In this support role, you will be coordinating the workflow and efforts necessary to onboard and maintain contractual relationships with Financial Intermediary Clients. The role will interact with key internal and external stakeholders including Retail Distribution, Product, Separately Managed Account Operations, Legal, Compliance, and external Financial Intermediaries.

This position will be part of the Intermediary Services team sitting within the Fund and Client Services function. In this role, your responsibilities include coordinating the workflow and efforts necessary to onboard and maintain contractual relationships with Financial Intermediary Clients. You will manage functions related to onboarding and maintaining contractual relationships with Financial Intermediaries, analyze contract terms related to services and fees, review and edit the contracts as appropriate for legal review, act as a primary lead for coordinating meetings and directly workflows, and support due diligence review when onboarding new relationships.

What you offer

• 7+ years of industry related experience in financial services and a bachelor's degree in a related field of study
• Experience reviewing and editing contracts with Financial Intermediaries
• Knowledge of mutual fund back-office operations is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with intermediaries and internal departments
• Strong writing skills required for the oversight of our intermediary contracts.
