Our Real-time power team is a dynamic, fast-paced group responsible for managing the company’s real-time market exposure. We work closely with the Regional trading desks to align strategy, optimize positions, and seek market opportunities.

As a Real-time Trader, you will identify and capitalize on market opportunities by monitoring and analyzing real-time and day-ahead positions, leveraging current market conditions across all U.S. and Canadian power markets.

What you offer

• Minimum 2 years of experience within the power industry, with power trading experience preferred.
• Willingness to take on risk and proactively initiate trades.
• The ability to operate independently and with minimal supervision, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willing and available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor degree.
