As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a varied, fast-paced environment. You will contribute to strategy, drive change initiatives, and support operational excellence and cost efficiency for the Macquarie Capital Equities division globally. Your responsibilities will include managing costs, aiding business improvement programs, assisting with new business initiatives, preparing presentations for governance forums, and providing reporting and insights for product and account management.
