Join our Risk Management Group and support the effective and efficient operations by providing centralised services for strategy, data management, analytics, change, projects, and learning and development. The team also establishes and oversees key risk management framework elements and supports Macquarie-wide risk training.

What role will you play?

Reporting to the Training Operations Lead, you will support the delivery of the Global Risk Training Program through the administration and management of Macquarie’s mandatory training initiatives. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing mandatory training escalations and breaches as well as handling mandatory training queries, extensions and exemptions. In collaboration with various stakeholders across the business, you will provide insightful data analysis of training metrics to support reporting and assurance activities and provide support on projects and improvement initiatives.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and confident in interacting with different stakeholders across all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills with a proven ability to prioritise and multitask
  • A desire to continually learn and develop your skillset across a broad range of subjects
  • Experience in analysing and interpreting insights from multiple data sources
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications suite with competency in Excel.

We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow.
