What role will you play?

As a Customer Success Manager within PropertyIQ, you will be instrumental in the client’s journey. You will enable them to use the solution to suit their business goals through the management of key relationships and providing high-quality coaching, training and expert advice. Additionally, you will maintain high customer retention levels and identify new business opportunities, with both new and existing clients. As well as working with external clients, you will also manage internal stakeholders to ensure the planning and execution of client commitments are delivered on schedule.

What you offer

  • Strong understanding of strata business processes and the important role that strata software and technology plays
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
  • Well-established knowledge of software migration, enabling you to effectively manage projects and timelines
  • Ability to utilise your strong presentational and training skills to drive new and existing business
  • Prior experience using the PropertyIQ platform is advantageous, however not essential.
