Our Strategic Automation team partners with the Commodities and Global Markets Business and Technology teams to ensure successful delivery and maintenance of enhanced automation platforms. We do so by using enterprise-grade applications, supported by artificial intelligence tools, across solution and user interface design, workflow automation, system integrations and data management.

What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will enhance user experience by collaborating with business, data, and technology teams to identify improvements, design solutions, and ensure seamless implementation from requirements to production. You will form a deep understanding of user needs to be able to capture, define and develop solutions using business transformation capabilities.

To deliver this, you will work closely with stakeholders across the globe, including the Technology teams and demonstrate keen problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. You will form a deep understanding of the Commodities and Global Markets business, data, regulatory, and counterparty credit risk.

What you offer

  • 4+ years hands-on experience as a business analyst
  • Excellent ability to processes, interpret and document key business processes, through stakeholder engagement and analysis of data
  • Good understanding of workflow design, integrations and data management
  • Customer obsessed mindset (ideally experience in role using Human Centred Design)
  • A solid understanding of data management in a financial service setting
  • Experience monitoring outcomes through understanding key metrics and user satisfaction.
